New Neighbours Program

Host Program for New Immigrants

Be a friend and help a new Canadian

Every year, Canada receives, with open arms, newcomers who are seeking a new and better way of life. Some come to Canada, skilled experienced, educated and ready to contribute to society. However, they find it hard to adjust to the flow of Canadian life and to find work because of many barriers they face, including linguistic ones. Others are alone, homebound and are not familiar with our way of life.
